Realty Income (O) is a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) that has been raising it’s dividend for 26 years in a row. It is a Dividend Aristocrat that currently has a 5.48% dividend yield and a 3.55% five year average annual dividend growth rate.
Main Street Capital (MAIN) is a Business Development Company (BDC) that currently has a 5.86% dividend yield and a 3.89% five year average annual dividend growth rate.
SPYI is the Neos S&P 500 High Income ETF. It has a current dividend yield of 11.7%, but it does not have a very long dividend history because it has only been around since 2021. Its share price is up by 5% during that time frame. You will not get a lot of share price appreciation or a lot of dividend growth, but you will get a high starting dividend yield.
